Participating Holders means all Holders of Registrable Securities which are proposed to be included in any offering of Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 2.1 or Section 2.2.

Participating Holders means Holders participating, or electing to participate, in an offering of Registrable Securities.

The Participating Holders shall also enter into and perform their obligations under such an agreement.

In the case of a Demand Suspension, the Participating Holders agree to suspend use of the applicable Prospectus and any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus in connection with any sale or purchase of, or offer to sell or purchase, Registrable Securities, upon delivery of the notice referred to above.

More Definitions of Participating Holders

Participating Holders means any Holder or Holders who propose to distribute their securities through a registration pursuant to this Section 2.

Participating Holders has the meaning set forth in Section 6(d)(i).

Participating Holders means all Holders of Registrable Securities which are proposed to be included in any registration or offering of Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 4.01 or Section 4.02.

Participating Holders means, with respect to the Registration of Registrable Securities by the Company pursuant to this Agreement, the Requesting Holders and any other Holders that are entitled to participate in, and are participating in or seeking to participate in, such registration.
