Option Holders definition

Option Holders means the holders, or individually a holder, of Stock Options, together with their successors and assigns.

• Option Holders shall be entitled to receive copies of all notices, documents or other written communications sent by the Company to the Shareholders generally.

• The Committee shall be entitled to amend this Plan and the Options granted hereunder in order to secure any necessary Regulatory Approvals and such amendments will not require the consent of the Option Holders under section 9.2 of this Plan.
