Option Holders definition

Option Holders means the holders of Options;
Option Holders means the holders, or individually a holder, of Stock Options, together with their successors and assigns.
Option Holders means the holder of any outstanding Option or (where the context so permits) any person who is entitled to such Option in consequence of the death or disability of the original holder, or the legal personal representative of such holder, as set out in sub-paragraph 5.1.2);

  • If the Option Holder neither (i) exercises the Option nor (ii) surrenders its right to exercise the Option within 3 Business Days of its receipt of that notice, then the Option Holder's right to exercise the Option shall lapse, and the Trustee shall promptly notify the next party eligible to hold the Option (and the other parties eligible to hold the Option) of its rights thereunder.

  • References herein to rights and obligations of the Option Holder shall apply, where appropriate, to the Option Holder's legal representative or estate without regard to whether specific reference to such legal representative or estate is contained in a particular provision of this Option.

Option Holders has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
