Initiating Holders definition

Initiating Holders means, collectively, Holders who properly initiate a registration request under this Agreement.
Initiating Holders means any Holder or Holders who in the aggregate hold not less than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding Registrable Securities.
Initiating Holders means, with respect to a request duly made under Section 2.1 or Section 2.2 to Register any Registrable Securities, the Holders initiating such request.

Examples of Initiating Holders in a sentence

  • The underwriter(s) will be selected by the Board of Directors and shall be reasonably acceptable to a majority in interest of the Initiating Holders.

  • The Shelf Take-Down Initiating Holders that own a majority of the Registrable Securities to be offered for sale in such Underwritten Shelf Take-Down shall have the right to select the underwriter or underwriters to administer such Underwritten Shelf Take-Down; provided, that such underwriter or underwriters shall be reasonably acceptable to the Corporation.
