Initiating Holders definition

Initiating Holders means, collectively, Holders who properly initiate a registration request under this Agreement.
Initiating Holders means any Holder or Holders who in the aggregate hold not less than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding Registrable Securities.
Initiating Holders has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

More Definitions of Initiating Holders

Initiating Holders means, with respect to a request duly made under Section 2.1 or Section 2.2 to Register any Registrable Securities, the Holders initiating such request.
