Secretariat means the office constituted as per Sub-Clause (1) of Clause 6 of the Scheme.
Deputy Secretary means the person holding, acting in, or performing the duties of Deputy Secretary of Higher Education and Skills in the Department.
General Secretary means the General Secretary of the Federation.
Cabinet Secretary means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to finance;
Member Secretary means the Member Secretary of the Board;
Company Secretary means a company secretary as defined in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980) and who has obtained a certificate of practice under sub-section (1) of section 6 of that Act;
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
Secretary-General means the Secretary-General of the Organization.
Corporate Secretary means the corporate secretary of the Corporation;
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Deputy President means a Deputy President of the Tribunal;
Chairman-cum-Managing Director means Chairman-cum-Managing Director of any of the Subsidiary Companies of Coal India Limited, presently Central Coalfields Limited, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Western Coalfields Limited, Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited, South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Northern Coalfields Limited and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.
Local director means the director or his designated representative of the local department of the
Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
General Council means the General Council of the University;
General Manager means the Officer-in-Charge of the general superintendence and control of the Zonal Railway/Production Units and shall also include the General Manager (Construction) and shall mean and include their successors, of the Successor Railway.
Executive Secretary means the executive secretary of the board.
Managing Director means the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India.
President means the President of the Corporation.
Chief Commissioner means the chief administrative officer of the County, or delegate;
Planning Director means the Planning Director of the City of Santa Xxxxxx, or his or her designee.
General Counsel means the General Counsel of the Corporation.
Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
Chief Electoral Officer means the person appointed by the PCMNO pursuant to Part A of the MNO Electoral Code;
