Chief Electoral Officer definition

Chief Electoral Officer means the person appointed by the PCMNO pursuant to Part A of the MNO Electoral Code;
Chief Electoral Officer means the chief electoral officer appointed in terms of section 12(1) of the Electoral Commission Act, 1996 (Act No, 51 of 1996), and includes a person designated by the chief electoral officer for the purposes of this Schedule;
Chief Electoral Officer means the chief electoral officer appointed in terms of section 12(1) of the Electoral Commission Act, and includes any person designated to act in that capacity in terms of section 12(3) of that Act;
