Educational Establishments definition

Educational Establishments have the same meaning as a qualified “institution” as designated by Adobe on xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/x-productkb/policy-pricing/education-faq.html (or its successor website thereto), as updated by Adobe from time to time, and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Educational Establishments means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government department in relation to such regulations; means a Contracting Body that is an institution of learning including a school, college or trust and that is in receipt of Goods and/or Services via this Framework Agreement, or any 3rd party acting on their behalf; "Equivalent Goods and/or Services" means goods and/or services which the Supplier can supply which are the same or similar to the Goods and/or Services;
Educational Establishments means pre-school, general education, college-level and higher education, vocational, and children’s additional education establishments: art, sport, language, technical and other types of schools as well as children’s summer camps.

More Definitions of Educational Establishments

Educational Establishments means any school as defined in section 174 of the Act and any other description of educational establishment as may be specified by order of the Secretary of State under that section(1);
Educational Establishments means a premises that is established with education as its main purpose, whereas “statutory education provision” could be interpreted to mean a premises that provides statutory education places, but perhaps not as its main function.

Educational facility does not include items as books, fuel, supplies, or other items the costs of which are customarily deemed to result in a current operating charge and does not include any facility used or to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place of religious worship, nor a facility which is used or to be used primarily in connection with a part of the program of a school or department of divinity for a religious denomination.
