Early Engagement definition

Early Engagement means the phase of the Environmental Assessment process which is described in Part 4 of the EA Act (2018) and begins with the submission of an Initial Project Description and Engagement Plan by the Proponent to the CEAO;
Early Engagement. : means discussions, information sharing, and other work related to a Proposed Project undertaken by Gitanyow and the Potential Applicant before a related Application has been submitted to or accepted by British Columbia;

  • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;

  • Termination Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(iii).

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.
