  • At the Closing, Seller shall cease and desist and shall cause DSPI and DCA to cease and desist from use of the Protected Names, including but not limited to use of stationery, business cards, marketing materials, e-mail domains, and websites, provided Seller shall be permitted to use the Protected Names solely for purposes of transitioning the Business to Purchaser.
