DSH Payments a supplemental payment by AHCCCS pursuant to the 42 U.S.C. § 1396r-4 and the terms of the Arizona’s State Plan for Medicaid as approved by the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Serices. Eligible Hospital(s): Hospitals that AHCCCS has determined meet the requirements of and qualify as a Disproportionate Share Hospital and that are listed in Attachment A to this Agreement. FFP or Federal Financial Participation: the federal monies that AHCCCS claims from CMS for the Federal share of AHCCCS expenditures for the administration of and services paid for through the Medicaid Program, Title XIX of the Social Security Act. DSH Payments means Borrower’s share of any Medicare and Medicaid disproportionate share hospital payments.

Related to DSH Payments

  • Net Cash Payments means, with respect to any Disposition, the aggregate amount of all cash payments received by the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries directly or indirectly in connection with such Disposition, whether at the time of such Disposition or after such Disposition under deferred payment arrangements or Investments entered into or received in connection with such Disposition (including, without limitation, Disposition Investments); provided that:

  • Cash Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(b)(iii) below.

  • Earnout Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • FILOT Payments means the amount paid or to be paid in lieu of ad valorem property taxes as provided herein.

  • Installment Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b)(ii).

  • Cash Payment System means a payment system that generates any transfer of funds through a transaction originated by cash, check, or similar paper instrument. This includes electronic payments to a financial institution or clearing house that subsequently issues cash, check, or similar paper instrument to the designated payee.

  • Settlement Payment means the transfer, or contractual undertaking (including by automated clearing house transaction) to effect a transfer, of cash or other property to effect a Settlement.

  • Termination Payments has the meaning specified in Section 10(a).

  • Debt Payments means for any period, in each case, all cash actually expended by any Borrower to make: (a) interest payments on any Advances hereunder, plus (b) scheduled principal payments on the Equipment Loans plus (c) scheduled principal payments on the Term Loans plus (d) payments for all fees, commissions and charges set forth herein, plus (e) payments on Capitalized Lease Obligations, plus (f) payments with respect to any other Indebtedness for borrowed money.

  • Excess Cash Payment Date means the date occurring 95 days after the last day of each Fiscal Year of Holdings (commencing with the Fiscal Year of Holdings ended December 31, 2010).
