Non-Cash Consideration definition

Non-Cash Consideration means the Fair Market Value of non-cash consideration received by the Borrower or a Subsidiary in connection with an Asset Sale less the amount of cash or Cash Equivalents received in connection with a subsequent sale of or collection on such Non-Cash Consideration.
Non-Cash Consideration means consideration in a form other than cash.
Non-Cash Consideration means any non-cash consideration received by the Company or a Subsidiary of the Company in connection with an Asset Sale and any non-cash consideration received by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries upon disposition thereof.

More Definitions of Non-Cash Consideration

Non-Cash Consideration means any consideration received by the Apollo Holders in respect of Shares that is not in the form of Cash Consideration, including any contingent right to receive Cash Consideration on or at a future date or time.
