Drug Treatment Court definition

Drug Treatment Court means any court given the responsibility pursuant to ORS 3.450 to handle cases involving substance- abusing offenders through comprehensive supervision, drug testing, treatment services, and immediate sanctions and incentives. A&D 61 Services funded through this Agreement may be delivered to Individuals referred from any county within the State of Oregon and contiguous areas and no priority or preference shall be given to Individuals referred from any particular county, provider, or other entity.
Drug Treatment Court means a court supervised treatment program for individuals who abuse or are dependent upon any controlled substance or alcohol. A drug treatment court shall comply with the 10 key components promulgated by the national association of drug court professionals, which include all of the following essential characteristics:

Drug Treatment Court means a court established by a court pursuant to this part implementing a program of incentives and sanctions intended to assist a participant to end the participant's addiction to drugs and to cease criminal behavior associated with drug use and addiction.
Drug Treatment Court means a specialized docket designed to divert non- violent individuals who commit crimes to support their habits into an integrated system which provides intensive treatment, case supervision, and drug testing under the close supervision of the court in which offenders are held strictly and immediately accountable for their behavior through a variety of incentives and sanctions.

  • Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.

  • Commissioners Court means Travis County Commissioners Court.

  • BC Court means the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

  • Federal Court means the Federal Court of Australia.

  • Chosen Court has the meaning assigned in Section 8.5(b).

  • Supreme Court means the North Carolina Supreme Court.

  • Final Approval Hearing means the hearing before the Court where the Parties will request the Final Judgment to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, the Fee Award, and the incentive award to the Class Representative.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means an application to seek regular or expedited Regulatory Approval of the Licensed Product for sale or marketing in any country(ies) or Region(s) in the Territory, as defined in the applicable Laws and filed with the Regulatory Authority of such country(ies) or Region(s).

  • ANDA means an Abbreviated New Drug Application filed with the FDA pursuant to its rules and regulations.

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • FDA means the United States Food and Drug Administration.

  • Ontario Court means the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

  • New Drug Application means a New Drug Application filed with the FDA in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Trial court means the court or agency from which an appeal or judicial review is taken.

  • BLA means a Biologics License Application under the United States’ Public Health Services Act and Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act, each as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or a comparable filing seeking Regulatory Approval in any country.

  • Marketing Approval means all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of the Regulatory Authority in a country, necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, marketing and sale of a Product in such country.

  • High Court means the High Court of Ireland.
