Examples of Chosen Court in a sentence

  • The Trust, its Trustees and officers, and its Shareholders (a) waive any objection to venue in either Chosen Court and (b) waive any objection that either Chosen Court is an inconvenient forum.

Chosen Court means the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).
Chosen Court means the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York or any New York state court; provided that if any of the Company Parties commence Chapter 11 Cases, then the Bankruptcy Court (or court of proper appellate jurisdiction) shall be the exclusive Chosen Court.
