Down Payment Assistance Programs definition

Down Payment Assistance Programs means the MFA’s programs that provide down payment and closing cost assistance in the form of a second mortgage lien to Persons of Low and Moderate Income who are, with few exceptions, using the MFA’s Single Family Homeownership Program (as defined in Section 5, above) to acquire single family homes.
