Dividend Deferral Account definition

Dividend Deferral Account means (i) the sum of the Participant's deferrals made pursuant to section 3.1(e) plus (ii) amounts credited/debited in accordance with all the applicable crediting/debiting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Dividend Deferral Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Dividend Deferral Account.
Dividend Deferral Account means the bookkeeping account maintained by the Company to track the dividends (and associated accumulated interest) payable with respect to Stock Deferrals.

  • Class PO Deferred Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss, other than any Excess Loss, to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date on or prior to the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates and not yet paid to the Holders of the Class PO Certificates.

  • Company Matching Contributions means any contributions made to the Company Matching Account of a Participant by a Participating Employer as provided for in Section 4.02.

The Account Balance shall be a bookkeeping entry only and shall be utilized solely as a device for the measurement and determination of the amounts to be paid to a Participant, or his or her designated Beneficiary, pursuant to this Plan.

  • Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.

  • Deferral Date means the date Fees would otherwise have been paid to the Participant.

  • Matching Contributions means contributions made by the Employer on account of an "eligible Participant's" Elective Deferrals.
