Disciplinary Panels. (紀律小組) means the Disciplinary Panel A and

  • Disciplinary Panels (a) The Disciplinary Panel shall conduct hearings in connection with any disciplinary proceedings (except for summary impositions of fines pursuant to Rule 717), to make findings, render decisions, and impose sanctions pursuant to this Chapter 7.

  • The Chief Compliance Officer has the authority to delegate the formation and staffing of Disciplinary Panels under this Rule 710 to the RSP as per the terms of the Regulatory Services Agreement.

  • All sanctions imposed by the Exchange or the Disciplinary Panels must be commensurate with the violations committed and must be clearly sufficient to deter recidivism or similar violations by other Participants.

  • Disciplinary Panel means the panel appointed pursuant to Rule 613(b) to conduct hearings in connection with disciplinary proceedings (other than summary impositions of fines pursuant to Rule 601(b)), to make findings, render decisions, and impose sanctions pursuant to Chapter 6 of the Rules. The Disciplinary Panel must meet the composition requirements set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations and the composition requirements set forth in Rule 613(b).

Members of the team shall include, but are not limited to, persons representing the area agencies on aging, county attorneys, health care providers, and others involved in advocating or providing services for dependent adults.

  • Disciplinary proceeding means an adjudicative proceeding permitted under this

  • Disciplinary sanction means any action listed in s. UWS 14.04 taken in response to student academic misconduct.

  • Disciplinary Action means any action that can be taken on the completion of / during the investigation proceedings including but not limiting to a warning, imposition of fine, suspension from official duties or any such action as is deemed to be fit considering the gravity of the matter.

Subject to the provisions of this Code, a disciplinary officer or conduct administrator is vested with the authority to, among other duties: investigate a complaint of an alleged violation of the Code decline to pursue a complaint, refer identified disputants to mediation or other appropriate avenues of resolution, establish charges against a student, enter into an administrative agreement developed with an Accused Student in accordance with Section II-B-3 of this Code, advise a Hearing Body, and present the case before the Hearing Body.

  • Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.

  • Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;

  • Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.

  • Grievance means a dispute arising out of the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the terms of this Agreement.

  • Enrollee means any person entitled to health care services from a carrier.

  • UCITS Directive means Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities, as amended;

  • Disciplinary change in placement means a suspension or removal from a student’s current educational placement that is either:

  • Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.

  • Review Panel means the panel, if any, appointed pursuant toRule 710 to review a completed Investigation Report and to determine whether a reasonable basis exists for finding a violation of the Rules and authorizing the issuance of a notice of charge pursuant to Rule 706.

  • Appeals Committee means a Committee or Tribunal duly appointed by by-law to conduct hearings under this by-law;

  • Hearing Panel means a panel responsible for adjudicating disciplinary cases pursuant to a Notice of Charges authorized by a Review Panel.
