Examples of Disciplinary Tribunal in a sentence
Before taking a decision to open or refuse a disciplinary inquiry, the Disciplinary Tribunal may entrust the investigating judge with the conduct of preliminary investigations.
However, when a charge is properly framed to capture the gravamen of a complaint, the Disciplinary Tribunal is in the position to investigate the matter – but only based on the relevant evidence placed before it by the parties.
Any offence not covered in section 7-7 will have the penalty determined by Disciplinary Tribunal but shall be at any case at least two(2) matches.7-3b.
However, in my view, a Disciplinary Tribunal hears and investigates the matters based on what is “referred to it”, ie, the evidence put before it by the parties.
As for the Third Charge, it was the respondent’s position before the Disciplinary Tribunal that he was unable to make repayment at the material time.
