Disbursement Notice definition

Disbursement Notice means a notice from the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to and in accordance with Article 1.02C.
Disbursement Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(d) herein.
Disbursement Notice means, for a EFS TBL Facility, the notice the Bank sends that sets out the disbursement and instalment schedule. It supplements and is to be read with the Facility Letter.

  • All amounts subject to disagreement shall be deposited into the Principal and Interest Account for the related Trust (and the Servicer acknowledges and agrees that the Supplemental Servicer may issue a Disbursement Notice to the Clearing Bank so instructing the Clearing Bank) and shall not be disbursed from such Principal and Interest Account until the earlier of resolution or the next Monthly Remittance Date.

Disbursement Notice means a notice from the Provider of the Finance in the form of a copy of the SWIFT 103 showing the date of disbursement or payment of the full proceeds of the Loan.
