If a Repayment Notice is not delivered by the Holder on or before the applicable Notice Date for such Repayment Date, then the Borrower shall pay the Monthly Amount due on such Repayment Date in cash.
The term of the Loan shall continue indefinitely until such time as Party B receives a Repayment Notice and fully repays the Loan, or an Event of Default occurs unless Party A has sent a notice indicating otherwise within 15 calendar days after it is aware of such event.
