Repayment Notice definition

Repayment Notice. Each notice required to be delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.3 in respect of any reduction in the Facility Amount or repayment of Advances Outstanding, in the form of Exhibit A-2.

Repayment Notice means a notice substantially in the form annexed hereto as Schedule F to be given to the Agent by the Borrower pursuant hereto.

Repayment Notice has the meaning prescribed in Article 5.2 hereof.

• If a Repayment Notice is not delivered by the Holder on or before the applicable Notice Date for such Repayment Date, then the Borrower shall pay the Monthly Amount due on such Repayment Date in cash.
