Examples of Prepayment Notice in a sentence
The Borrower may, if it gives the Lender not less than twenty one (21) days’ prior notice (the “Prepayment Notice”) in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Form of Prepayment Notice), prepay any part or the whole amount of the Loans together with the accrued but unpaid interest thereon.
Each Prepayment Notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the outstanding balance of the Pre-Paid Advances to be repaid and the Prepayment Amount.
The Prepayment Notice given by the Borrower under this Clause 6 shall specify the date upon which the relevant prepayment is to be made (the “Prepayment Date”) and the amount of that prepayment (the “Prepayment Amount”).
The Administrative Agent will promptly notify each Lender of the contents of Xxxxxxxx’s Prepayment Notice and of such Xxxxxx’s Pro Rata Share of the prepayment.
