Prepayment Notice definition

Prepayment Notice means a notice by the Borrower to prepay Loans, which shall be in such form as the Appropriate Party may approve.
Prepayment Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.7(a) hereof.
Prepayment Notice means a notice of prepayment of Committed Loans pursuant to Section 2.03(a), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • The Borrower may, if it gives the Lender not less than twenty one (21) days’ prior notice (the “Prepayment Notice”) in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Form of Prepayment Notice), prepay any part or the whole amount of the Loans together with the accrued but unpaid interest thereon.

More Definitions of Prepayment Notice

Prepayment Notice means a notice by the Borrower of a prepayment in accordance with Section 2.11 and in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit N or such other form that is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
Prepayment Notice means a prior written notice to Lender specifying the proposed Business Day on which a prepayment of the Debt is to be made pursuant to Section 2.4.2, which date shall be no earlier than ten (10) days after the date of such Prepayment Notice and no later than ninety (90) days after the date of such Prepayment Notice. A Prepayment Notice may be revoked in writing by Borrower, or may be modified in writing by Borrower to a new specified Business Day, in each case, on or prior to the proposed prepayment date set forth in such Prepayment Notice; provided that such new Business Day shall be no earlier than such proposed prepayment date. If revoked (as opposed to modified), any new Prepayment Notice shall comply with the timeframes set forth above. Borrower shall pay to Lender all out-of-pocket costs and expenses (if any) incurred by Lender in connection with Borrower’s permitted revocation or modification of any Prepayment Notice.
