Director of Municipal Services definition

Director of Municipal Services means the Director of Municipal Services for the Town, or designate;
Director of Municipal Services means the person appointed to the position of Director of Transportation and Civic Works by the Council of the City and any person delegated to assist him in carrying out his duties under this Bylaw.
