Direct Purchaser definition

Direct Purchaser means a natural or legal person who acquired, directly from an infringer, products or services that were the object of an infringement of competition law;

Direct Purchaser or “Direct Purchasers” means all persons or entities that purchased Alum in the United States directly from a Defendant or co- conspirator from January 1, 1997 to at least February 28, 2011.

Direct Purchaser means a person or entity in Canada, other than a Distributor, who purchased Hydrogen Peroxide directly from a Defendant.
