Device Management Services definition

Device Management Services means Services provided by Sierra Wireless to actively monitor or manage a Device on your behalf. Device Management Services are included in some but not all AirLink Complete offerings.
Device Management Services means the services specified as such in the Requirements Document.
Device Management Services means the management of hardware purchased from Provider via the Service for purpose of accessing, configuring, providing remote diagnosis, repairing and/or installing Updates and as set forth in Attachment 2 of these Terms and Conditions and/or a Contract provided by Provider.

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency
