Development Document definition

Development Document means the Building Contract, the Development Consents and any other related documents required pursuant to the Project;
Development Document means in respect of a Borrowing Base Asset, any material document relating to the development of that Borrowing Base Asset, including all Development Consents relating to that Borrowing Base Asset.
Development Document means a document, such as a building plan, site plan, or an application for a Building Permit, relating to improvements to land, which is required by state or local law or regulation or by a Regulatory Authority to initiate, engage in, or complete an improvement, but which does not include applications or documents for zoning or planning approvals.
