Development Cost Share definition

Development Cost Share means with respect to each Participant, the percentage of Development Costs payable by the Participant during the Development Period, determined by dividing the Participant’s Development Share by the sum of the Development Shares of all Participants. The Participant’s initial Development Cost Share will be set forth on SCHEDULE D.
Development Cost Share shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.2 of Exhibit J-1.
Development Cost Share means, with respect to each Participant and as of any date of determination, the percentage of Development Costs payable by the Participant during the Licensing Period, determined by dividing the Participant’s Entitlement Share (expressed as a decimal) by the sum (expressed as a decimal) of the Entitlement Shares of all Participants, including the Participant whose Development Cost Share is being determined. The Participant’s initial Development Cost Share is set forth on SCHEDULE I, and shall be adjusted from time to time to account for (i) increases or reductions in the Participant’s Entitlement Share elected by the Participant, (ii) increases or reductions in the Entitlement Shares of, and as elected by, other Participants, (iii) withdrawals by other Participants pursuant to Section 204 of the Power Sales Contracts, (iv) the Entitlement Shares of power purchasers that execute Power Sales Contracts and become Participants after the Effective Date of this Contract, and (v) transfers of Entitlement Shares pursuant to Section 1003.

Examples of Development Cost Share in a sentence

  • A Participant’s Development Cost Share shall not exceed [ ]1 percent, unless otherwise approved by the Project Management Committee.

Development Cost Share means [***] of the sum of the Direct Costs (a) incurred by GCC in relation to Preclinical Studies and the Korean Phase 1a/1b Trial, with no additional mark-up or margin by GCC, and (b) incurred by Artiva in relation to preclinical or clinical studies or activities in order to file a U.S. IND with no additional mark-up or margin by Artiva.
Development Cost Share shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

Related to Development Cost Share

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Total Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development, all of which shall be subject to the review and approval by the Credit Underwriter and the Corporation pursuant to this rule chapter, and as further described in Rule 67-48.0075, F.A.C.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.
