Designated use definition

Designated use means a use specified in 20.6.4.97 through 20.6.4.899 NMAC for a surface water of the state whether or not it is being attained.
Designated use means the present and future most beneficial use of a body of water as designated by the Environmental Regulation Commission by means of the classification system contained in Chapter 62-302, F.A.C.
Designated use means a use specified in Appendix B of this Article for a surface water.
