Designated Capital Expenditures definition

Designated Capital Expenditures means the positive result, if any, of (A) Capital Expenditures for the relevant period minus (B) Net Available Cash (except to the extent such Net Available Cash is included in Adjusted EBITDA) of any asset sale (net of repayments of Indebtedness therewith) applied pursuant to the Asset Sales provisions of the Credit Agreement to finance such Capital Expenditures and pursuant to Section 4.06.
Designated Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures in amounts included in the Projections.
Designated Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures that are either (i) financed directly or indirectly with the proceeds of a Loan or (ii) not financed by the relevant Borrower by any third party financing source.

Designated Capital Expenditures means Consolidated Capital Expenditures in an aggregate amount not in excess of $7,500,000 made during the period from the Closing Date to December 31, 1999, to the extent such Consolidated Capital Expenditures represent expenditures of Company and its Subsidiaries deferred from periods prior to the Closing Date.
