Demonstration Copy definition

Demonstration Copy means a copy of the PRODUCT contained in demonstration kits which shall be supplied to LUCENT by SUPPLIER at no charge. Proprietary to Lucent Technologies Inc./Nabnasset Corporation
Demonstration Copy means a copy of Software with which Solutions Provider may demonstrate Software capabilities to potential End Users.
Demonstration Copy means a copy of the Programs used by Pumatech or a Distributor solely for purposes of providing supervised demonstrations of the Deliverables.

  • The Pumatech or Distributor representative shall not leave the Demonstration Copy unattended at the Demonstration site and shall remove and retain any Demonstration Copies used at a site other than Pumatech’s or Distributor’s facilities.

Demonstration Copy means a version of Developer's Product that includes any Executable Files that is (i) distributed for pre-sales, marketing purposes only to Developer's potential customers, (ii) distributed for no fee (or for media and handling charges only), and (iii) can install and manage only four Nodes. Notwithstanding paragraph (a) above, no royalty will be payable for a reasonable number of Demonstration Copies distributed by or for Developer. Developer shall submit to Echelon within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar quarter or part thereof during the term of this Agreement a reasonably detailed report for the quarter of the number of Demonstration Copies distributed by or for Developer. All other terms of this Agreement remain in effect with respect to Demonstration Copies, including but not limited to Section 3,

Demonstration Copy means a copy of the Embedded Runtime Software incorporated into an Application and used by ISV or a Distributor pursuant to Section 2.2 solely for purposes of providing supervised demonstrations of the Application to prospective customers.

  • Serialization within the enterprise identifier means each item produced is assigned a serial number that is unique among all the tangible items produced by the enterprise and is never used again. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the enterprise identifier.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.

  • Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.
