Demonstration Copies. 9.1 RTSW will provide the Reseller, free of charge, with 1 (One) RTU Demonstration Copy, which shall be Watermarked and which shall be timed to terminate on the date that this Agreement terminates. The Reseller will not resell or supply that copy to any third party. If the Reseller wishes to acquire additional Demonstration Copies, it may request these from RTSW and RTSW, if it considers it reasonably necessary for the Reseller to have those extra Demonstration Copies, supply them to the Reseller at the price of £1000 plus VAT for each additional copy. Additional copies for Demonstration purposes will also be Watermarked and set to timeout on the date of termination of this Agreement.
9.2 The Dealer may use the Demonstration Copies only to demonstrate the Software to any bona fide prospective End User.
Demonstration Copies. Distributor may use Products provided hereunder for internal use as demonstration copies, in such number and on such terms as Seagate Software may allow from time to time. In such event, Distributor shall comply with and be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Software License included with the Product so used. Distributor shall not resell, lease, rent, or license any Product used as a demonstration copy. Distributor acknowledges that it will not need to decompile the Products or adapt them to any other software in order to use them for the limited demonstration purposes contemplated herein.
Demonstration Copies. Citrix has the right to provide Demonstration Copies of the Product, consistent with the terms of SECTION 2.1.3, as determined by Citrix in its sole discretion. Such Demonstration Copies shall be provided without the imposition of any royalties, fees or charges of any kind.

During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Pumatech a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free license in the Territory to use and reproduce Demonstration Copies solely for purposes of providing demonstrations of the Programs to potential customers (whether reseller or End User), and to grant the same rights to Distributors. Demonstration Copies may not be transferred, distributed or sublicensed to third parties (other than as set forth herein) or used for development, support or production purposes. The Pumatech or Distributor representative shall not leave the Demonstration Copy unattended at the Demonstration site and shall remove and retain any Demonstration Copies used at a site other than Pumatech’s or Distributor’s facilities.
Demonstration Copies. 6.4.1 In the performance of Partner's obligations hereunder, it may be necessary for Partner to demonstrate the DI System and DI Services. Accordingly, DI will provide Partner with a demonstration copy(ies) of the software program and applications, as appropriate, that enable the DI Services (the "Demo Software") and all subsequent updates, at no additional cost. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, during the Term of this Agreement DI hereby grants to Partner a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Demo Software for the sole purpose of demonstrating the DI Services to Partner Customers and prospective Partner Customers.
6.4.2 Partner shall not copy, alter, modify, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, or create derivative works of the Demo Software, or any part thereof, or knowingly allow others to do so, during or after the Term.
6.4.3 Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, Partner shall not loan, rent, lease, provide, sub-license or otherwise transfer the Demo Software, including any part thereof, to any other person or entity.
6.4.4 The Demo Software and all copies thereof are and shall remain the exclusive property of DI and must be returned to DI upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, or destroyed upon the request of DI.
Demonstration Copies. Developer and the Developer's resellers may use copies of Derivative Products for demonstration purposes for which no royalty fees shall be due to Sideware.
Demonstration Copies. SilverStream grants ISV the right to copy from the Development Software a reasonable number of Demonstration Copies; and to use, or permit use of, such Demonstration Copies at ISV and Distributor facilities in the Territory solely for purposes of providing supervised demonstrations of the Application to potential End Users. Demonstration Copies may not be transferred, distributed or sublicensed to third parties (other than authorized Distributors) or used for development or production purposes.
Demonstration Copies. Distributor shall have the right to order Product -------------------- to be used for demonstration purposes by Distributor ("Demonstration Product") provided Distributor shall pay Manufacturer's then current charges for any such Demonstration Product, and provided that the right to use such Demonstration Product will be governed by the terms of the End-User License.
