RUNTIME SOFTWARE definition

RUNTIME SOFTWARE means the software designed to perform a certain functionality as a result of Development or a software component of the Cryptovision Software, which is explicitly declared as Runtime Software.
RUNTIME SOFTWARE means the Adobe runtime software in object code format named “Adobe AIR” that is to be installed by end-users, and all updates to such software made available by Adobe.
RUNTIME SOFTWARE means a LICENSED PRODUCT (software) for use in a motor vehicle.

  • Licensee understands that RUNTIME SOFTWARE may be subject to regulation by agencies of the U.S. Government, including the U.S. Departments of Commerce and State, which prohibit export or diversion of certain technical products to certain countries.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, RUNTIME SOFTWARE grants to Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and non-sublicenseable license to use the RUNSCORE SOFTWARE (“License Programs”) for the purpose of timing races.
