Delivery Netting definition

Delivery Netting means, where applicable under clause 14.7.1, the process of scheduling and communicating the net quantities of gas to be delivered and received by relevant Trading Participants on a Gas Day at a Trading Location under clause 14.7. Delivery Period is defined in clause 12.1.

Examples of Delivery Netting in a sentence

  • If the Trading Participants have specified that Delivery Netting is not to apply to the Pre-matched Trade, the Trading Participants may also specify that the delivery point for the Pre-matched Trade is a delivery point agreed between the Trading Participants that is not specified in a Product Specification (alternate delivery point).

  • If the Trading Participants have specified that Delivery Netting is not to apply to the Pre-matched Trade, the Parcel Size and the Minimum Transaction Quantity is 100GJ.

  • Trading Participants may specify that Delivery Netting is not to apply to a Pre-matched Trade (see clause 13.2(a2) of this agreement).

  • The term ‘Exemption Regulations’ means regulations made under the Corporations Act or other regulatory instrument that have the effect that neither the Operator nor Trading Participants are required to obtain a licence under Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act to exercise their rights and perform their obligations under this agreement in respect of Transactions for Physical Gas Products where Delivery Netting applies.

  • For each relevant Gas Day, the delivery or receipt obligations of each party to a relevant Transaction (other than the Defaulting Participant), as adjusted under clause 20.5.3 or 20.5.4, are to be included in Delivery Netting where it applies to the relevant Transaction.

  • Each Confirmation must specify the Trading System’s identification number for the Transaction, whether the Trading Participant is the Buyer or Seller, the time the Transaction was entered into, the Product the subject of the Transaction, the details for the Transaction required by the Product Specification and, where Delivery Netting does not apply, the identity of the other party to the Transaction.

  • In respect of any Gas Day that commences on or after the date in paragraph (a) and a particular Trading Location, subject to clause 14.7.3, Delivery Netting applies to Transactions: in respect of Products to which Delivery Netting is specified to apply in the Product Specification; for delivery at that Delivery Point and for which the Delivery Period includes, or comprises, that Gas Day.

  • If the Trading Margin remains below zero for 2 consecutive Business Days, the Operator must: cancel any Pre-matched Trades which have not been scheduled for Delivery Netting; and if the Trading Margin is still below zero, issue a Margin Call by notice to the relevant participant in accordance with paragraph (c).

  • For a Pre-matched Trade where the Trading Participants have specified that Delivery Netting is not to apply, the Trading Window for Gas Day D are Trading Hours on each of Gas Day D-30 to Gas Day D-2.

  • For a Pre-matched Trade where the Trading Participants have specified that Delivery Netting is not to apply, the Trading Window for Gas Day D are Trading Hours on each of Gas Day D-90 to Gas Day D-2.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Delivery vessel means tank trucks or trailers equipped with a storage tank and used for the transport of gasoline from sources of supply to stationary tanks of gasoline dispensing facilities.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Transfer Passenger means passenger arriving and departing on a different aircraft, or on the same aircraft bearing different flight numbers;

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Delivery Site means 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Delivery Instructions means the instructions set out in the Contract for the provision of the Goods and Services, including any other information the Authority considers appropriate to the provision of the Goods and Services.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.

  • Heat input means the product (expressed in mmBtu/time) of the gross calorific value of the fuel (expressed in Btu/lb) and the fuel feed rate into the combustion device (expressed in mass of fuel/time) and does not include the heat derived from preheated combustion air, recirculated flue gases, or ex- haust from other sources.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Delivery service means the providing of electric transmission or distribution to a retail customer.

  • Livery vehicle means a motor vehicle that:

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Reference Interconnection Offer or “RIO” means a document published by a service provider specifying terms and conditions on which the other service provider may seek interconnection with such service provider;

  • Delivery Services means those services provided by the

  • Delivery Terms as defined in Section 10.1;

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.
