Trading Location definition

Trading Location means each notional point in respect of which Products may be defined, as identified in schedule 2 or schedule 3. Trading Margin, for a Trading Participant at any time, means its Trading Limit less its Prudential Exposure calculated under clause 9.4.1.

Examples of Trading Location in a sentence

  • The Parties shall enter into an Applicable Appendix to this Agreement with respect to Securities Loans of each specified type of security to be loaned at a Securities Trading Location and to be secured by specified types of Securities Loan Collateral at a specified Collateral Location.
