Delegation Policy definition

Delegation Policy means the document contained in Schedule 3 (DelegationPolicy) identifying how certain decisions will be made by the HDV and the HDV Parties (as amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement)
Delegation Policy has the meaning assigned in Section 8.3(c).
