Fund Services. The full management and administration of the Fund in accordance with the Regulations relating to the Scheme insofar as those services relate the responsibilities of the Administering Authority in its capacity as the administering authority of the Fund and excluding all matters such as strategy and policy making which are delegated under the Administering Authority's constitution to the Pension Fund Board or other appropriate committee, body or officer and which have not been further delegated to LGSS. These services include but are not limited to: Fund and Scheme Administration  LGSS will deliver a fully managed pensions administration service covering the Fund and the Scheme. Liaison and Communication  In delivering the Services LGSS will provide information in compliance with overriding statutory requirements, in particular, The Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Cloud Services If You would like to deploy Cloud Services, We grant You and Your Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to authorize individuals solely within Your and Your Affiliates’ organization (“Users”) to access or exchange data via the Cloud Services during the Term (as defined in Section 8 below), but only for Your own internal business purposes and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and terms associated with the specific Cloud Services contained in the Order and applicable schedule(s). We are not responsible for web pages or servers that are not owned or controlled by Us, even if linked to (including via application programming interfaces) the Cloud Service. We do not endorse any sites on the Internet that are linked through the Cloud Service; such links are provided to You and your Users only as a convenience. In addition, certain third-party providers of ancillary software, hardware or services may require Your agreement to additional or different licence or other terms prior to Your or Your Users’ use of or access to such software, hardware or services. Cloud Services offerings may include a limited-use subscription to on- premise Software as described in the applicable schedule(s), and use of such Software must comply with all licence terms. Under no circumstances may the Cloud Services be used for any illegal or illicit purpose in any geography where the Cloud Services are used. You must: (i) protect the secrecy of Your authorized user IDs and passwords; (ii) notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of any user ID or password or any other known or suspected breach of security; and (iii) report to Us immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any copying or distribution of content not authorized by Us. You agree that anyone who inputs a valid user ID and password will be deemed an appropriate User unless and until You notify Us otherwise in writing. Any individual User who has violated this Section may have its account suspended.

  • Market Fund Services BNY Mellon shall provide the following information in a mutually agreed upon electronic format to support the website disclosure requirements of the Funds, subject to BNY Mellon’s timely receipt of all necessary information related thereto that is not maintained on the BNY Mellon systems.   • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available.   • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Enhanced Services The State encourages the Contractor to cover programs that enhance the general health and well-being of its Hoosier Healthwise members, including programs that address preventive health, risk factors or personal responsibility. These enhanced programs and services are above and beyond those covered in the Hoosier Healthwise program. In addition, all enhanced services shall comply with the member incentives guidelines set forth in Section 6.2.2 and other relevant state and federal rules regarding inducements.
