Definition of Displacement. Any employee classified as a regular employee shall be considered displaced for the purposes of this document, when her services shall no longer be required as a result of exhausting the Collective Agreement processes.

Definition of Displacement. Any employee shall be considered displaced by technological change when his/her services shall no longer be required as a result of a change in plant or equipment, as a result of a change in process or method of operation, as a result of economic constraints, or as a result of a reorganization of the workforce, or a component thereof.
