Excursions. Employees who accompany clients/residents on excursions will be entitled to a full shift's pay and four hours of lieu time for every 24 hour period. Lieu time shall be scheduled pursuant to Article 16.6 (Compensating Time Off). Employees currently receiving a superior entitlement shall continue to receive the entitlement.
Excursions. Where an employee agrees to supervise clients in excursion activities involving overnight stays from home, the following provisions will apply:
Excursions. Excursions will comply with the Early Childhood Regulations. Refer to the Centre’s Travel and Excursion Arrangement Policy. Adult: Child ratios for the following types of excursions will be: Regular Excursions – excursions that parents have agreed to at the time of their child’s enrolment, that are part of an ongoing planned and consistent routine of education and care. Refer to Regular Excursions Consent Form. Community walks - Spontaneous (within a 2km radius of Centre): Children aged 0-2 years: 1:2 (2:4) Children aged 2-3 years: 2:6 Children aged 3-5 years 2:16 Special Excursions – excursions that parents/guardians have agreed to prior to the excursion taking place, that are not a regular excursion. For example, venturing out for visits into nature which may include Native Xxxx/Reserve /Walks, Private Land, Beach or a River. Parental permission will be sought prior to the excursion taking place.
Excursions. Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for whilst you are on holiday are not part of your package holiday provided by us. For any excursion or other tour that you book, your contract will be with the operator of the excursion or tour and not with us. We are not responsible for the provision of the excursion or tour or for anything that happens during the course of its provision by the operator.
Excursions. (i) Where an Employee who is not a shift worker agrees to supervise clients in excursion activities involving overnight stays away from home, the following provisions shall apply:-
Excursions. I understand that day camp groups may leave the facility location to walk to nearby green spaces, playgrounds and splash pads as part of the program. • I hereby give my permission for my child to go on excursions off site. • I understand all excursions will be adequately supervised.
Excursions. We will arrange excursions from time to time. We will inform you of intended excursions involving the student. You consent to the student attending excursions with the school. We will obtain your consent to any excursions where the student will be away for one or more nights.

Excursions. From time to time we may introduce you to reputable third party suppliers of excursions or other leisure services. If you choose to enter into a contract for the provision of excursions or other leisure services, your contract will be with that supplier directly and we act only in the capacity of an agent, and therefore would have no liability for the proper performance of that contract. The terms and conditions in this "Our Agreement With You" will not apply to any contract for the provision of excursions or other leisure services.
Excursions. 8.24 Where an employee is rostered to participate in an excursion .all provisions of the Agreement will continue to apply.
