Transferee Letter definition
Transferee Letter. The meaning specified in Section 12.16.
Transferee Letter has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 11.04(a).

Each additional Lender shall become a party hereto by executing and delivering to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower a Joinder Supplement and a Transferee Letter.
