Transaction Instruction definition

Transaction Instruction means a written order signed by the holder or the Depository, entitled to request that one or more actions be taken, or such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Warrant Agent, requesting one or more such actions to be taken in respect of an Uncertificated Warrant;
Transaction Instruction means a written order signed by the holder or CDS, entitled to request that one or more actions be taken, or such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Warrant Agent, requesting one or more such actions to be taken in respect of an Uncertificated Warrant;
Transaction Instruction means an instruction given by use of the Card.

More Definitions of Transaction Instruction

Transaction Instruction means a written order signed by a Special Warrantholder or the Depository entitled to request that one or more actions be taken, or such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Special Warrant Agent, requesting one or more such actions to be taken in respect of an Uncertificated Special Warrant;
Transaction Instruction means a written or electronic order signed or deemed to be signed by the holder or the Depository entitled to request that one or more actions be taken, or such other form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Trustee, requesting one or more such actions to be taken in respect of an Uncertificated Debenture;

These "Terms and Conditions" mean the terms and conditions set out herein and/ or as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank from time to time, as amended. In these Terms and Conditions, unless the contrary intention appears:-
Transaction Instruction means an instruction given by the Customer with regards to entries in the Account.
Transaction Instruction means any instruction given by a Card Member, directly or indirectly, to ICICI Bank , to effect a transaction on the Pay Direct Card.
