Model Form definition

Model Form means respectively the model Co-Management Promotion Subproject Grant Agreement, Community Subproject Grant Agreement, Research Grant Agreement, and Scholarship Grant Agreement, all as set forth in the Subprojects and Grants Guidelines;
Model Form means respectively the model State Cooperation Agreement, Municipality Cooperation Agreement, Sustainable Use Subproject Grant Agreement and the Revenue Generation Subproject Grant Agreement, all as set forth in the Operational Manual;
Model Form the model form for withdrawal made available by Bamboo Import Europe that a Customer can fill in when exercising his Right of Withdrawal, included in Annex I of these General Terms.

More Definitions of Model Form

Model Form means a model form appended to these rules;
Model Form means any of the forms of contracts referred to in Section
Model Form means the model Riparian Forest Rehabilitation Subproject Agreement set forth in the Operational Manual;

Related to Model Form

  • Proposal Form means that certain Part C of the RFP, completed and executed by the Proponent, to which this Appendix 1 is appended.

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Normal Form means a monthly annuity which is one twelfth of the amount of the member’s accrued benefit which is payable for the member’s life. If the member dies before the sum of the payments he or she receives equals his or her accumulated contributions on the annuity starting date, the named beneficiary shall receive in one lump sum the difference between the accumulated contributions at the annuity starting date and the total of the retirement income payments made to the member.

  • Exhibit D means Exhibit D to the Judgment;

  • Special Form property insurance, including insurance against loss or damage by fire, vandalism and malicious mischief, terrorism (if available on commercially reasonable terms), earthquake, explosion of steam boilers, pressure vessels or other similar apparatus, now or hereafter installed in the Hotels, with equivalent coverage as that provided by the usual extended coverage endorsements, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the then full replacement cost of the property requiring replacement (excluding foundations) from time to time, including an increased cost of construction endorsement;

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Format C: Format for the Bidder (Single Firm / Partner(s) in case of Joint Venture) for technical experience in compliance to para 1.01 (III) {(i) or (ii) or (iii)} of Annexure-A to BDS (Volume-I : Section-III) [In case of Joint Venture bidder, the QR data of each of the partner (in support of meeting the requirement of para 1.01 (III) (iv) of Annexure-A to BDS (Volume-I : Section-III)] is also is to furnished, as applicable, using this format. The bidder (Single Firm / Partner(s) in case of Joint Venture) who is willing to qualify in compliance to para 1.01 (III) {(ii) or (iii)} above shall fill below format for two or all three contracts.

  • Variation Form means the form that will be completed and signed by the Parties to effect a Variation which shall be in the form set out in Framework Schedule 19 (Variation Form);

  • Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department. It also includes the Deposit Detail for each entity. The Elections Administrator will amend “Attachment A” to reflect the changing estimates of election expenses that are caused by changing circumstances and by the withdrawal of Participating Political Subdivision(s), if any, from this Election Services Contract.
