Compliance Declaration definition

Compliance Declaration means a compliance declaration substantially in the form set out in Schedule F;
Compliance Declaration means the Tasmanian Government Building and Construction Training Policy Compliance Declaration in the form included in the Tender Form;
Compliance Declaration means a declaration in the form set out in Schedule “D”.
