Debenture Trust Indenture definition

Debenture Trust Indenture means the Harvest Debenture Indenture and the supplemental indenture thereto to be dated on or before the Closing Date between the Trust and Valiant Trust Company, governing the terms and conditions of the Offered Debentures;
Debenture Trust Indenture means, collectively, the 9% Debenture Trust Indenture as supplemented by the 8% Debenture Indenture Supplement and the supplemental indenture thereto to be dated on or before the Closing Date between the Trust and Valiant Trust Company, governing the terms and conditions of the Offered Debentures;
Debenture Trust Indenture means the debenture indenture, dated August 8, 1996 and made effective as of July 31, 1996, between the Corporation and the Trustee providing for the creation and issuance of the Debentures, as amended or supplemented from time to time;
