Indenture Trustee Fee definition

Indenture Trustee Fee means a fee that is separately agreed to between the Master Servicer and the Indenture Trustee.
Indenture Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $5,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in June of each year, commencing in 2017.

Indenture Trustee Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan and any Payment Date the product of (i) the Indenture Trustee Fee Rate divided by 12 and (ii) the Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loans as of such date.
