The ownership of the Trust Notes, all other contents of the Mortgage File and the other assets in the Trust Fund shall be vested in the Trust or the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and (other than the Trust Notes) the Companion Loan Holders.
Thereafter, such Mortgage File shall be held by the holder of the Trust Notes or a custodian appointed thereby for the benefit thereof, on behalf of itself and the Companion Loan Holders as their interests appear under the Co-Lender Agreement.
