Debenture Indentures definition

Debenture Indentures means the Indenture of the U.S. Borrower dated as of January 15, 1983, governing the Debentures due 2016, and the Indenture of the U.S. Borrower dated as of December 15, 1987, governing the Debentures due 2021 and 2023, in each case as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Debenture Indentures means the indentures governing the Junior Subordinated Debentures, including the Existing Debentures.
