Customer’s Account definition

Customer’s Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.
Customer’s Account means any demand deposit accounts of a Customer with the Metal Lender which may be charged for payments to be made by the Customers in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Customer’s Account means a running account maintained by Velocity for the Customer for the purpose of recording debits and credits in relation to Transactions, Margin and other financial requirements relevant to the Transactions;

Examples of Customer’s Account in a sentence

  • Customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that errors, whether resulting in a profit or loss to Customer, shall be corrected, and Customer’s Account will be credited or debited in such manner and extent as to place Customer’s Account in the same position in which it would have been had the error not occurred.

  • Terms and/or methods for delivering, offsetting, or rolling over Customers’ Open Positions may differ on a Customer-by-Customer basis relative to the current balance in the Customer’s Account.

  • The Credit Amount will be credited to the monthly bill of the Customer’s Account.

  • In the event FOREX.com incurs expenses other than for the collection of deficits, with respect to Customer’s Account, Customer agrees to pay such expenses.

  • In liquidation of Customer’s Long Positions and Short Positions, FOREX.com may, in its sole discretion, offset in the same settlement or it may initiate new Long Positions or Short Positions in order to establish a spread or straddle that in FOREX.com’s sole judgment may be advisable to protect or reduce existing positions in Customer’s Account.


More Definitions of Customer’s Account

Customer’s Account means the Customer's profile in the COMPANY’s system.
Customer’s Account means deposit bank accounts held by AFEX Singapore in Singapore Dollars and United States Dollars as required under Section 26 of the Money-changing and Remittance Business Act (“MRBA”).

Customer’s Content includes, without limitation, Customer Data, as well as any and all text, graphics, videos, and other information or media, displayed on Customer’s Website. “Customer Data” means any data (including but not limited to cardholder data) received by the Service, from Customer or End User(s), as a result of Customer’s or End Users(s)’ access or use of the Service.
