Cure Objection Deadline definition

Cure Objection Deadline means the deadline for filing objections to a Cure Notice or proposed Cure, which shall be on or before fourteen (14) days after the applicable counterparty was served with a Cure Notice.

More Definitions of Cure Objection Deadline

Cure Objection Deadline means the deadline for filing requests for payment of Cure, which shall be the later of: (a) thirty (30) days after the Effective Date or (b) thirty (30) days after the assumption or assumption and assignment of the applicable Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease, unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court or agreed to by the Debtors and the counterparty to the applicable Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease.
