Bankruptcy Court Order definition

Bankruptcy Court Order means the Bankruptcy Court order entitled “Order Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a), 362, 363, 364, 503(b) and 507 and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 4001 and 6004 (I) Authorizing Debtors to Obtain Postpetition Secured First Priority Aircraft Financing and Grant Security Interests and Liens with Respect Thereto, (II) Authorizing Debtors to Repay Existing Prepetition Debt Relating to Certain Aircraft and (III) Granting Related Relief”, dated February 15, 2013 and entered by the Bankruptcy Court on February 15, 2013 (ECF No. 6718), approving, among other things, the Operative Documents, the Related Indentures, the Pass Through Documents and the transactions contemplated thereby.
Bankruptcy Court Order means the Interim Bankruptcy Court Order and the Final Bankruptcy Court Order.
Bankruptcy Court Order has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.

Bankruptcy Court Order means the Order (I) Authorizing the Debtors to (A) Consummate a Proposed Transaction and (B) Enter into an Amendment to the DIP Credit Agreement and (II) Granting Related Relief, which shall fully authorize all of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements, scheduled to be heard by the Bankruptcy Court on August 31, 2020.
Bankruptcy Court Order means a final, non-appealable order of the Bankruptcy Court, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, approving this Agreement and the Ancillary Documents, and authorizing, pursuant to all applicable sections of the Bankruptcy Code, all of the transactions and agreements contemplated hereby and thereby, which order shall not have been stayed, vacated or otherwise rendered ineffective, and with respect to which no appeal shall be pending and all applicable periods for appeal shall have expired, and which includes the following provisions:

P. 4001 and 6004 (I) Authorizing Debtors to Obtain Postpetition Secured First Priority Aircraft Financing and Grant Security Interests and Liens with Respect Thereto, (II) Authorizing Debtors to Repay Existing Prepetition Debt Relating to Certain Aircraft, (III) Denying Requests by U.S. Bank Trust National Association for Relief from Automatic Stay and (IV) Granting Related Relief”, dated February 1, 2013, and entered by the Bankruptcy Court on February 1, 2013 (ECF No. 6521), and (ii) the Bankruptcy Court order entitled “Order Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a), 362, 364, 503(b) and 507 and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 4001 (I) Authorizing Debtors to Obtain Postpetition Secured First Priority Aircraft Financing and Grant Security Interests and Liens With Respect Thereto, and (II) Granting Related Relief”, dated October 17, 2013, and entered by the Bankruptcy Court on October 17, 2013 (ECF No. 10327).
Bankruptcy Court Order means the Bankruptcy Court order entitled “Order Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a), 362, 363, 364, 503(b) and 507 and Fed. R. Bankr. Bankruptcy Court Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements, including the transfer of the Asset Management Assets free and clear of all Liabilities other than the Asset Management Liabilities.
