Objection Date definition

Objection Date means the date by which Settlement Class Members must mail their objection to the settlement for that objection to be effective. The postmark date shall constitute evidence of the date of mailing for these purposes.
Objection Date means the date agreed upon by the Parties or otherwise ordered by the Court by which Class Members must submit any objection to the Settlement Agreement’s terms or provisions and submit any required statements, proof, or other materials and/or argument.

Objection Date means the date by which Class Members must file with the Court through the Court’s electronic case filing (“ECF”) system and mail to Class Counsel and counsel for Defendant their objection to the Settlement for that objection to be effective.
