CTA Approval definition

CTA Approval means the notification shall have been provided to the Minister of Transport pursuant to Section 53.1(1) of the CTA and: (a) the Minister of Transport has given notice to Purchaser pursuant to Section 53.1(4) of the CTA of his opinion that the notified transactions do not raise issues with respect to the public interest as it relates to national transportation; or (b) the Governor in Council has approved the notified transactions pursuant to Section 53.2(7) of the CTA.
CTA Approval means that the Minister of Transport has been notified of the transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement pursuant to section 53.1 of the Canada Transportation Act and either: (i) the Minister of Transport has given written notice to ARC that he is of the opinion that the transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement do not raise issues with respect to the public interest as it relates to national transportation; or (ii) if the Minister of Transport is of the opinion that the transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement raise issues with respect to the public interest as it relates to national transportation, the Governor-in-Council has approved the transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement;
CTA Approval means KML and Pembina shall have received a notice from the Minister of Transport pursuant to subsection 53.1(4) of the CTA or, if such notice has not been received, the completion of the Arrangement contemplated by this Agreement shall not be prohibited under subsection 53.2(1) of the CTA;

More Definitions of CTA Approval

CTA Approval means receipt by the Purchaser (i) from the Minister of Transport of notice pursuant to Section 53.1(4) of the Canada Transportation Act of his or her opinion that the transactions contemplated by this Agreement do not raise issues with respect to the public interest as it relates to national transportation within 42 days of receiving notification of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement; or (ii) from the Governor in Council of the approval of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement pursuant to Section 53.2(7) of the Canada Transportation Act, in each case following notification of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement to the Minister of Transport pursuant to Section 53.1(1) of the Canada Transportation Act.
CTA Approval means: (i) the Minister of Transport has been notified of the Transaction pursuant to section 53.1 of the Canada Transportation Act and has given notice to the Purchaser that he is of the opinion that the Transaction does not raise issues with respect to the public interest as it relates to national transportation; or (ii) if the Minister of Transport is of the opinion that the Transaction raises issues with respect to the public interest as it relates to national transportation, the Governor-in-Council has approved the Transaction.
CTA Approval means confirmation by CTA of its satisfaction of the adequacy of the liability insurance, including the substituted Canada Insurance Indemnity, as may be required pursuant to the Canada Transportation Act and Railway Third Party Liability Insurance Coverage Regulations to maintain the Certificate of Fitness in good standing following the Closing.
CTA Approval means any Regulatory Approval necessary for the initiation of recruitment at clinical trial sites (including those required from any Regulatory Authority, EC, IRB or additional relevant committee) or any import certificate necessary for the import of the investigational medicinal product to which a clinical trial relates;
CTA Approval means any and all consents, approvals, licenses, registrations, or authorizations of the NMPA or any other Regulatory Authority in order to commence clinical trials in the I-Mab Territory.

Related to CTA Approval

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:

  • CFIUS Approval means that any of the following shall have occurred: (a) the review period under the DPA commencing on the date that a CFIUS Notice is accepted by CFIUS shall have expired and Xxx, on the one hand, and Polaris, on the other hand, shall have received written notice from CFIUS to the effect that such review has been concluded and that either the Contemplated Transactions do not constitute a “covered transaction” under the DPA or there are no unresolved national security concerns, and all action under the DPA is concluded with respect to the Contemplated Transactions, (b) an investigation under the DPA shall have been commenced after such review period and CFIUS shall have determined to conclude all action under the DPA without sending a report to the President of the United States, and Xxx, on the one hand, and Polaris, on the other hand, shall have received written notice from CFIUS that either the Contemplated Transactions do not constitute a “covered transaction” under the DPA or there are no unresolved national security concerns, and all action under the DPA is concluded with respect to the Contemplated Transactions, or (c) CFIUS shall have sent a report to the President of the United States requesting the President’s decision and either (i) the President shall have announced a decision not to take any action to suspend or prohibit the Contemplated Transactions or, (ii) the period under the DPA during which the President may announce his decision to take action to suspend, prohibit or place any limitations on the Contemplated Transactions shall have expired without any such action being threatened, announced or taken.

  • FDA Approval means with respect to the Product, a Regulatory Approval by the FDA for the commercial use of the Product in the United States.

  • Regulatory Approval means any and all approvals (including price and reimbursement approvals, if required prior to sale in the applicable jurisdiction), licenses, registrations, or authorizations of any country, federal, supranational, state or local regulatory agency, department, bureau or other government entity that are necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, transport and/or sale of a particular Licensed Product in the applicable jurisdiction.

  • Price Approval means, in any country where a Governmental Authority authorizes reimbursement for, or approves or determines pricing for, pharmaceutical products, receipt (or, if required to make such authorization, approval or determination effective, publication) of such reimbursement authorization or pricing approval or determination (as the case may be).

  • Marketing Approval means all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of the Regulatory Authority in a country, necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, marketing and sale of a Product in such country.

  • Government Approval means an approval, permit, license, authorization, certificate, or consent of any Governmental Authority.

  • Requisite Approval means the affirmative vote of the holders of (a) at least a majority of the outstanding shares of Company Capital Stock, voting together as a single class and (b) at least a majority of the outstanding shares of Series A-1 Preferred Stock, Series B Preferred Stock and Series C Preferred Stock, voting together as a single class on an as-converted basis.

  • Conditional approval means a time-limited status that results when an approved nursing education program has failed to maintain requirements as set forth in this chapter.

  • Regulatory Approvals means any registrations, licenses, authorizations, permits or approvals issued by any Governmental Authority and applications or submissions related to any of the foregoing.

  • Key Regulatory Approvals means those sanctions, rulings, consents, orders, exemptions, permits and other approvals (including the lapse, without objection, of a prescribed time under a statute or regulation that states that a transaction may be implemented if a prescribed time lapses following the giving of notice without an objection being made) of Governmental Entities as set out in Schedule C hereto;
