Government Approval definition

Government Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, waiver, exception, variance, order, exemption, publication, filing, declaration, concession, grant, franchise, agreement, permission, permit, or license of, from, or with any Governmental Authority, the giving of notice to, or registration with, any Governmental Authority, or any other action in respect of any Governmental Authority.
Government Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, waiver, exception, variance, order, exemption, publication, filing, declaration, concession, grant, franchise, agreement, permission, permit, or license of, from or with any Governmental Authority, the giving notice to, or registration with, any Governmental Authority or any other action in respect of any Governmental Authority.

More Definitions of Government Approval

Government Approval means an authorization, consent, non-action, approval, license or exemption of, registration or filing with, or report to, any governmental or quasi-governmental department, agency, body or other unit.

Government Approval means approval from the erstwhile Secretariat for Industrial Assistance (SIA), Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Government of India and/ or the erstwhile Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) and/ or any of the ministry/ department of the Government of India as the case may be;
