The Governor in Council definition

The Governor in Council means the Governor acting on the advice and with the concurrence of Executive Council but not necessarily in the Council assembled.

  • Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
